I’ve been teaching yoga full time since 2005. My first taste of yoga came at the tender age of seven, when my uncle introduced me to these wonderful postures. When in my late teens I dabbled with meditation for a short time and although retaining an interest in yoga, I didn’t return to practice for some years.
After over 20 years in industry, I was encouraged to return to yoga and undertook one to one lessons over a three year period and then went on to formal training eventually resulting in my British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma.
I have come to appreciate first-hand, the therapeutic benefits of appropriate yoga practice, both on the body and the mind and aim to share this with my students.
Alongside the classes listed here, I also teach classes at Hoar Cross Hall, the Snowdome and Lichfield Golf and Country Club, as well as one to one sessions.
I also have a passion for photography, along with walking and music.
