Our yoga classes are designed to be accessible to students whether they lead a sedentary life or one filled with sport and exercise. Numbers are limited so that students can get individual guidance within a class environment, learning to adapt or modify their postures for maximum benefit. This ensures that everyone regardless of ability can learn to work to their limit and not feel pressured to go beyond their comfort zone.
Traditionally yoga was used as a means to still a restless mind, often then leading to meditation techniques. An ability to control our minds has never been more needed. Whether it’s to calm a restless mind when struggling to sleep, to focus when undertaking hobbies or work tasks, or finally, to direct and motivate when competing in sports or challenges.
We use dynamic and static postures to enhance and improve strength and flexibility, linking closely with our breath to impact on our mind and awareness.
